Here starts the journey...

I live on a narrow boat called Buzzard, with my husband Tim, cute spaniel cross called Deefa (better known as Dee, Little Dee, Sausage, Monkey Man, big Dee or Podge) and two lovebirds called McClane (aka Blue Tail Ho) and Towie (Scruffy Bird).

My crafting addiction began in 2000 when I lived in a three bedroom house. I had an office and loads of space for my growing collection of bits and pieces.

When we moved onto Buzzard in 2003, I refused to give up crafting. You'll be amazed what I manage to keep on Buzzard. I sacrificed my wardrobe to keep craft tools in there and removed all the plinths on the kitchen units so that I can utilise the space underneath. I raised the bed to worktop height so I have loads of space underneath for boring stuff like linen and clothes. I have remodelled the galley several times as this serves as my craft work area when I am not cooking.
